Use the white wine grape concentrate to add color, flavor, and sweetness to your white/ blush wine. Traditionally used just prior to bottling to add sweetness back into your wine. Please be aware that this juice does not include any stabilizers, which means that it can create carbonation in the bottle if the wine is not properly stored or stabilized. The concentrate is regular juice and the Brix is 68.

grape juice concentrate
I've discovered that finding frozen white grape concentrate is difficult. This liter of concentrate was exactly what I needed for a 3 gallon batch of peach wine.

Excellent for balance
I use the white grape concentrate to help balance out the hotness from sugar additions when I boost the alcohol in white wine kits. Gives nice body, a little more PA, but not a heavy "grapey" taste. Great price compared to others.
