Food-grade sodium metabisulfite for wine or any food and beverage use. Effectively reduces oxidation during or after processing. Inhibits wild yeast and bacteria prior to fermentation or before bottling. Can also be used for sanitizing equipment prior to use. Add 1/4 tsp. per 6 US gallons of wine to stabilize wine before or after fermentation. Add 2oz to 1 US gallon of water to use as a sanitizer.
