Lodi Zin
I love the Lodi Zin. I have made 5 of these kits, with one ready to start. This wine needs a good 9 months to a year to age. This is normally my Thanksgiving wine and my “go to wine” for Sister - Sister time, as Lodi Zins are our favorite.

Excellent, Patience Needed.
Following the instructions on the kit, this wine comes out perfect. Be aware that our first time on this wine, following the instructions, after the 14 day fermentation, we only got to about 11.8% ABV. (We have a fermentation chamber that keeps a constant temperature so this comment is based on the midpoint of the suggested temperature). Should have gone longer. (Most Zinfandels are around 13-14%). However, an excellent taste and definitely buying again.
