For Wine Making:
To remove the wild yeast in your pressed grapes, or other winemaking fruit simply add 1/4 tsp. per 6 gallons of must. (noun: must grape juice, or other fruit juice before or during fermentation)
Potassium Metabisulfite may also be used as a sanitizer to prepare equipment needed to make wine. It is very simple, just add 2 oz to 1 gallon of water.
