Looks great!
A friend who has been making wine much longer than me recommended this type of carboy over the traditional style. I have a 6 gallon with a small neck which works well until I need to clean it then it becomes a hassle. Typically, I ferment 6 gallons at a time in a sealed bucket, then transfer to a carboy and then bottle, but now I will first transfer to this to let sediment settle and then transfer to the small neck carboy to let it age. This one alleviates all of that hassle of cleaning out sediment through a small hole...which makes me wish I had known of it in the first place. I would like to give it 5 stars but have not used it yet. By look and inspection it is top quality and I look forward to making a batch of mead soon!
