Great tasting
One of my favorite wines to make. I use 4 glass jar fermentatoon weights to hold down the grape skins. I also skip clearing agents as i let it go for 9 months before bottling.

Spend the extra money for this kit. I started bottling this over 5 years ago and is one of the best aged Amarone even bold wine I have in my collection.
