      I have made about 15 of these kits. I have never had one turn out less than stellar. Very definitely a classic pinot grigio flavor, Several people who only drank oaky Chardonnay now drink nothing but this pinot grigio. Crisp, citrusy, and no lingering aftertaste. It's our house white.

      Now making my 4th batch. This is my family's favorite white wine. Dry, yet flavorful; good alone or with any food. Great!
