      Arrived safely and promptly. No skins but 2 types if oak chips. Added a tad of tannan to primary to comp. Also added a fresh cup of crushed elderberry as they are in season here along the many bogs of cape code. Post primacy will decant into another carboy and let things slowly settle for about 12 months. *no clarifying agents added* will occasionally taste check pH and hopefully all will look goodtaste good in a year or 2.

      I always ordered the Lodi cab. Then, I received this cab by mistake from another company. Unbelievably, I liked it better than the pricier kit. All of my neighbors loved it too! So, I ordered two more kits. This will be the 2022 Christmas wine that I give to the neighbors this year.
