Island Mist Blackberry Cabernet
I am new to making wine and this kit was pretty nice, everything you needed was in the package. Some of the instructions were kind of difficult to understand for a beginer like myself, after gettign some help from a seasoned expert I was able to complete the batch. We have found it to be more of Semi Sweet wine with good flavour. I have given a bottle to some friends and they have said the same thing. Everyone really liked it, but I think the defineition of Sweet depends on what you are used to.
