Ordered the fermenter bucket with drilled lid. They sent a drilled bucket and drilled lid. Once they found the mistake, they reached out to me to correct the order. It was a small mistake we were able to fix by putting on a spigot. Excellent customer service to reach out and fix the problem quickly!
